In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that was indicated to you.
In case of products only available on pre-order, this status will be explicitely specified on the product page and we don’t assure any delivery delay, this delay can vary, if this delay doesn’t suit you, you can contact us to cancel the order and we will give you a full payback.
When the customer orders several products at the same time these may have different delivery times.
The delivery time of the order is based on the furthest delay. Hip-Hop 4 Life keeps the right to split shipments. Participation in the processing and shipping costs will be invoiced only for one shipment.
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that was indicated to you. In case of delay of delivery, we will propose to you by mail a new delivery time.
In case of delayed delivery, the customer has the possibility to resolve the contract under the conditions and procedures defined in Article L 216-2 of the French Consumer Code. The seller then proceeds to the refund of the product and the delivery costs, not the return costs, in the conditions of Article L 216-3 of the Consumer Code.

In case of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment with the customer, the carrier will contact you as soon as possible to propose you a delivery appointment. Hip-Hop 4 Life can not be held responsible for delayed delivery due exclusively to an unavailability of the customer after several proposals of appointments by the carrier.
We remind you that when you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage of the products are transferred to you.
You must notify the carrier and Hip-Hop 4 Life by e-mail or telephone of any reservations on the product delivered (for example: damaged package, already opened …).

Article 9: Availability and presentation

Hip-Hop 4 Life is a retailer and does not intend to sell significant quantities of the products. As a result, Hip-Hop 4 Life reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities from 5 identical items.

In case of exercise of the right of cancellation, Hip-Hop 4 Life undertakes to refund the entire product in question as well as its shipping costs (not the return costs that remain the responsibility of the customer) within 14 days starting on the notification of your request.

Article 12: Guarantees
